Tim and Kosha Ellison

My name is Katherine (Kosha) Ellison and my husband's name is Tim. We are from Bean Station, Tennessee and we are Gospel singers dedicated to using our talents that the Lord has given us to spread the Word and uplift our Heavenly Father's name. It is our goal to see as many people as we can come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. God has given us an opportunity to do for Him and we give Him all the glory because without Him in our lives we would not be able to do it. We love to meet new people and make new friends through Christ.

Kosha's Bio
I began singing in church with my parents when I was just a little girl, but I was never really serious until about 5 years ago. We had just helped a pastor and some friends start a church and I felt led to sing a song. After that, they would ask me to sing often and it just became a big part of my life. I tried to quit a few times thinking I was not worthy enough, but I would still catch myself singing all of the time. I prayed and the Lord answered me saying "I use the least of you and any willing vessel." That was good enough for me! I know I could not sing without the Lord standing over me and leading me. It is the best feeling to feel the Lord's presence and that's how I feel when I'm singing. I also enjoy listening to other singers and hearing about what the Lord has done for them. I love to visit new churches and make new friends. My husband and I both work 5-6 days a week, but we hope the Lord blesses us to where we can have our ministry full time and we believe He will.

We have two children: Cody who is 13 and Johney is 6. It is my desire for them to see Jesus in me and to be a light to them and others so that they might find peace just as I have. I pray that God gives me the right words to say and songs to sing when I get up in front of others to deliver His Word. God has given me a wonderful family who wants to work for Him, so what more could I ask for? Please pray for our family and for those who don't know the Lord. God Bless!

Tim's Bio
I started singing about 7 years ago, but my story is a little different than my wife's. I had never sung in church or anywhere else when I was growing up. I used to be so shy that I could not even give testimony or be around a crowd of people. God delivered me from that by using me to sing for His glory. That is the only reason I sing, I could not do it by myself. About 7 years ago when we started back in church, my wife and I went into a Christian store to listen to some music. I saw a CD titled "Not For Sale" by a man named Michael Combs. He had on a pair of overalls and was sitting on a Jeep and that was interesting to me, so we listened to the song "Not For Sale". The words really touched me and I was in tears. Then I looked at my wife and she was too. I bought the CD and listened to it until I knew all the words by heart. Eventually, I had every CD this man had put out. His songs were so inspiring to me that I started buying his soundtracks and learning his songs. But, I never sang anywhere except in my truck. Then one day we were in church, the preacher asked if anyone had a song. I raised my hand and I didn't even have music! My wife could not believe I did it and neither could I. Later on I told her it was God because I could not have done it alone. I sang solo and God was with me.

Ever since that day, I have been singing gospel and the Lord has been blessing. I believe God used this man Michael to open my eyes. Now, we have our own sound system that the Lord has taught me to run and our first CD called "Heaven's Realm". I love my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and no matter how rough the road gets, I will never give up. The Lord has changed me and made me the man He wants me to be. I know I still have a long way to go, but if I put Him first, He will surely guide the way. To God be all the Glory!

We are available to sing for your congregation, youth rallies, schools, special events, concerts, festivals and wherever we can to spread the Word and uplift the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ through praise and worship while being part of your fellowship.
