The Choraliers and Pearl

It is with great pleasure that we introduce you to our group, The Choraliers and Pearl .  We are completely Christ oriented and our goal is to bring Christ to those who do not know Him.  We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins and rose again to give us life, that through Him all things are possible, and many times God has proven this to His children.  We want to bring joy to those who are sad and salvation to those that are lost.  We are ordinary people doing extraordinary things in Jesus’ name.  We, as a group, are seeking God’s will in our lives, in all we do and in the places we go.

Let me introduce you to everyone:

Mark Martin
Mark Martin is our instrumentalist.  He currently plays piano for the group, but also plays drums and bass guitar.  He adds the bass harmony to acappella songs and lately, to some other songs as well.  Mark puts all the music to the songs God allows us to write and also helps drive the bus.
Jamie Martin Mark’s wife, Jamie Martin, also does some singing during our programs and helps with the setting up.  It is a pleasure to have her with us.
Pearl Paugh
Pearl Paugh is the eldest member of the group and brings many years of experience, faithfully singing for over forty-four years.  Pearl sings the low harmony for the group.
Wayne Paugh Pearl’s husband, Wayne Paugh, is very supportive and keeps the bus in shape as our in-house mechanic and does most of the bus driving duties.
Kim Godo Kim Godo sings the high harmonies, and helps with the lead.  Kim's mom AliceYou will enjoy listening to her sing.

Kim’s mom, Alice, is a big support for Kim as she travels from place to place. We appreciate Alice for her willingness to give up her time to share in the ministry in this way.
Dorothy Smeltzer Dorothy Smeltzer is our alto singer and writes some of the songs we sing.  She will bless your heart.
Carol Geiselman Carol Geiselman does most of the lead singing, some of the songwriting and emcees for the group when we are ministering.

Carol was honored as Pennsylvania Southern Gospel Music Association’s (PSGMA) 2010 Fan Favorite Female Vocalist!
Tim Geiselman Tim Geiselman, Carol’s husband, is our sound technician and does some of the bus driving.

This list would not be complete, however, without mentioning our children who also do a little bit of singing now and then. They are:

Sara Smeltzer Hannah Geiselman
Sara Smeltzer Hannah Geiselman

We love the Lord with all our hearts.  It is our desire to see souls won for the Kingdom of Heaven and proclaim His name to all generations.  We have fun and praise the name of the Lord.
We have some goals the Lord has given us:

1) That God will be glorified,
2) That His people will be sanctified,
3) That the gospel be taken to the Whole World
4) That we join together as a church in unity to promote His kingdom (John 17).

We love meeting new people and making new friends.  We enjoy what we do and hope we can share with you in song what talent God has given us.

Hope to see you soon.

PLEASE HELP!
Dear Friends,
On Thanksgiving morning, our bus was destroyed by fire. The fire did not reach to the bay areas so the sound equipment was all removed and is safe and sound. However, the interior sustained a great deal of damage from the kitchen/seating area and throughout the sleeping area.

For us, the bus served not only as a means of transportation for this large group of 11-12 people, but also provided us lodging, changing area, shower, bathroom – basically our “home on wheels” when out singing.

We appreciate your prayers and support as we begin the process of replacing the bus and converting it into a motor home.  If you would like to help us financially to get a new “home on wheels” on the road, and continue the music ministry for our Lord, we’d greatly appreciate it.

Checks can be made out and mailed to:
Carol Geiselman, 54 North Main Street, Spring Grove, PA  17362.

Once again, we’d like to thank you all for your prayers, love and support as we push on to do the ministry that God has set out for us.

In Christian Love,
The Choraliers & Pearl
